Truly enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The staff were attentive and highly courteous. The room with lovely bed linen. The location was best possible, at a short distance from Avon River. The restaurant here was wonderful, we both ordered delicious dishes.

It is a well-maintained and well-organized property located in Christchurch City-Centre district just next door to multiple bars and restaurants to choose from.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, even so everything was fantastic. The breakfast was warm with cappuccinos, and the restaurant was wonderful. The location was prime and best possible, for example, Stay was not very far from the hotel. You could walk to a shopping centre and a market.

Recently renovated and well-maintained hotel, staff always amazingly helpful. Prime and best possible location for our visit to Māori galleries not very far from the venue. Found in a central area not far from very convenient in terms of access to transport, and a nice restaurant.

Very central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Avon River. The breakfast was excellent with cappuccinos, outstandingly accommodating and affable staff.

Fashionable rooms with nice design. A mini-fridge-bar, a personal safe, and an air conditioning were nice.

Many things to mention - everything was spotlessly clean, tasty food, bright views. The location was prime and best possible, at a walking distance from Avon River. It was located in a central area near the Town Hall and all the major shopping areas and restaurants, a cosy base for me.

It was clean and the staff were fairly friendly, beds were very comfy. The room was beautifully designed and reasonably large, had nice views and featured a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and satellite TV.

Units with very large and comfortable beds. Private parking, very good service. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Great location close to all major attractions and many shops and restaurants, and the restaurant, few metres away from a pedestrian mall. Also, to the OGB which is a great pub...

Good hot breakfast, it was included. The room was brand-new & compact with comfy bed, great view, as example.

The room had depressing views.

Hot breakfast with a lot of options, newly remodelled and fairly clean place. Fantastic, amazing location in the restaurant on the 5th January 2019 for dinner. So close to central city shops or riverside restaurants in less than five minutes as well as Botanic gardens and fabulous rose gardens.

The location is very central. The rooms are reasonably large with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

Loved our stay at the hotel and recommend it to anyone. Its location was incredible, really close to multiple bars and restaurants to choose from and restaurants.

The location of the hotel couldn't be any better! It's right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to everything. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were also impressed with the valet parking service, which made our stay even more convenient.

There were a couple of minor downsides to our stay. the room lacked control switches, which made it a bit challenging to adjust the temperature and lighting to our liking.
